Wall Photo from Brighton
last saturday with a group of a friends i went to Brighton.
for those who name doesnt rigngs the bell, its a small cute town by the English seaside, over an hour away from London.
it was raining heavely, and the sky was grey, just as i like it.
i took this picture was really happy about it, thought it connects to waht i do and how feel like.it almost look like one of my paintings.

Evening with Vivienne
picture of Vivienne Westwood by Konrad Wyrebek
The other day me and my friend writer Matthew Miles met the inimitable Vivienne at an East End gallery, but it was packed and hard to talk. So it was cool to spend more time with her a few days later and shoot this portrait in Mayfair. She is an amazing woman, so honest and full of energy , You love her from the first time. Was nice to have a bit of a shared dig at A-list artists, and a really interesting chat about Active Resistance manifesto and climate changes. AR is growing by a word of mouth but Vivienne is starting to shout louder about climate change and shake up people's lethargy in a fashion leading kind of way. It was amazing to get know her a bit more and discover that we share so many points of view.now i can say i love her even more.

3D concept visualisations of installation
The four images beneath are 3D visualisations for a mixed media installation work I am building towards.
I am planning, and want to produce, a large installation piece that combines paintings, prints, light boxes, sculpture and people. I've been working on the series for several months - it focuses on the essence of looking and the areas of an image, or field of vision, that we consciously or subconsciously mark out as the most important. The relation between these areas tell stories.

Konrad Wyrebek"consular diptych for perception2"
One of my fields of interest is the way we approach, look and experience pieces of art. With the attached series, I have taken the essence of the original images and analyzed the way we look.
Using photographs from the performance at the Saatchi gallery as a starting point, this series for ArtArtArt further explores the code of behaviour that exists between art and audience. We are often happy to play by the gallery rules, to stand at distance from art works, look, and move on. Breaking this behaviour code makes both viewer and subject less stable and safe.
The three images are:
1+2: 'Consular Diptych For Perception 1' and 'Consular Diptych For Perception 2'
3: 'Things On Their Own'
